On Thursday, December 16, 2021, Councilmember Charles Allen, Chairperson of the Committee on the Judiciary and Public Safety, will convene a public hearing to consider Bill 24-0416, the “Revised Criminal Code Act of 2021.” The hearing will be conducted virtually via the Zoom platform beginning at 9:30 am and ending no later than 3 pm. This is the Committee’s third hearing on the bill, and this hearing is reserved for government witnesses and the CCRC Advisory Group members.
